Can I arrange early check-in and late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-out are available for additional charges. Kindly contact Reception to arrange this request.

What are the check-in times?

From 2pm.

What are your cancellation and amendment policy?

Cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival.

What form of payments do Park Regis and Leisure Inn accept?

Payments can be made by cash, credit card or EFTPOS. If you are settling your account with a credit card, please note that a credit card surcharge will apply. Please contact the Reception for further information.

How do I make a reservation for large groups?

All enquiries for groups are quoted based on availability and must be placed in writing addressed to anchorage@parkregishotels.com.

Is there any booking fee or deposit when booking online?

A credit card guarantee is required to hold all bookings placed online with the Hotel website.

How do I book on a flexible rate/corporate rate?

Please contact Reservations by email and they will assist with setting the account with a booking code and or submit the Corporate Rate request to our sales team. Email address: anchorage@parkregishotels.com.

How is Park Regis Anchorage handling coronavirus?

We have regular cleaning of all high touch areas, temperature checks, declaration forms to fill in, hand sanitizers at each level of the hotel

Is parking space available at the hotel and how much does it cost?

The hotel has limited cark park bays available and is on a first come first serve basis. Car Park is Free of Charge. This is a self-parking service.

Are extra beds or baby cots available and is there a charge?

The Extra Bed charge is at $35 per night inclusive of GST and a Baby Cot is available for hire at $10 per night inclusive of GST.

How do I make special requests during my stay?

Please contact Hotel Reception or Guest Services for any requests or requirements you may have during your stay.

There are no transfers available. Taxis are available at the airport.

Park Regis Anchorage is centrally located. We are a 5-minute walk into the CBD and a 20-minute walk to the strand.

How far is Park Regis Anchorage from the airport?

5.5km – 15 minute drive.

What is Park Regis Anchorage close to?

10 minute walk to aquarium. Close to Magnetic Island ferries to Magnetic Island, the Strand, Shamrock Pub, Australia Pub, Cactus Jacks, Townsville Yacht Club.
